Demarche Alliance has three main programs that focus on the following:

This program is the vehicle for prospective and established minority-
owned transportation companies to network, gain awareness of potential public and private contracts, and have a presence within the industry. Ultimately, this program improves the visibility of minority owned transportation companies through improving operations and linking with potential customers.

This program was established to protect overall rights for minorities and
ensure awareness for potential transportation projects in the communities. The main goal is to establish a consistent feedback throughout the local transportation planning process to make certain the needs of the minority communities are met and equal opportunities for accessibility to jobs, standards of living and health and safety are secured.
Demarche Alliance focuses on transportation issues that affect Highly
Populated Minority Areas. DMA continues to stay abreast of transportation plans, major projects and other developments in these communities.

This program focuses on researching the impact of transportation on
minority (African American) communities. This research will include but
not be limited to health impacts, accessibility, economic opportunities
and safety.
The Demarche Alliance is participating in the Baltimore Regional
Environmental Justice in Transportation Project. This purpose of this
project is to develop a community based process for identifying,
evaluating and resolving transportation plans and projects.
